Background
Business Process Modelling Notation provides a way to graphically describe the business processes in an organization and to provide input to process improvement, process automation or software development processes.
The Business Process Modelling Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) is the official industry standard for process modelling. BPMN 2.0 provides a variety of options for process modelling. This affords BPMN 2.0 high expressive power but also high usage complexity. This course will introduce, step-by-step, all relevant concepts of BPMN 2.0 as far intermediate and complex process modelling tasks are organized.

The 2-day course is designed for anyone who would like to develop their skills in using BPMN 2.0 Process Modelling. It will be of particular interest to IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Improvement and Workforce Managers, but can be applicable to any field or industry whose aim is to improve profitability, reduce costs or improve customer experiences along its business processes. The course will provide detailed intermediate skills in the use of tools for Business Process Modeling Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) and the various objects used in developing an executable workflow. Enrollment in this module is limited to graduates of Modules 1-3 due to the technical nature of Module 4.
